SCHEDULING POLICY
The following terms are created to inspire and maintain accountability for the important goals you intend to reach while working together. Kylie understands that her clients have busy schedules and she takes pride in not keeping them waiting or keeping them longer than planned. For 1-hour sessions, each session will end 60 minutes after it was scheduled to begin; and for half-hour sessions, each session will end 30 minutes after it was scheduled to begin. If the session goes over the scheduled ending time, and there is not another client scheduled immediately afterwards, you may continue the session at a pro-rated fee of $32 for every 15 minutes thereafter.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
If you need to cancel or reschedule the appointment, you must do so 24 hours in advance; otherwise, you will forfeit the paid appointment. If an appointment is not prepaid and is cancelled within the 24-hour time period prior to the appointment, the full amount of the appointment must be owed to Vibrant Life Nutrition within one week of the cancelled appointment date.
